Meal prep exploration, planning
Two sessions per month: each 40-minute session focuses on your needs, progress, and goals
Between-session support: text, message, and call for a short chat about questions
Health tracking: this is included in your membership to track progress against your goals.
The membership is month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time.
